That was the theme of our shoot at The Rocks in Mornington… ahead of schedule, we knew that the weather was not going to play nice. On location at this stunning Mornington Wedding Venue with Andre J Menswear and an exciting upcoming Bridal-Wear label – stay tuned for this one 😉 – for the free spirits who break the mould, a bit of wind and rain was only going to add more excitement and attitude to what we aimed to achieve.

All we can tell the future brides-to-be is this: Don’t sweat it over the weather on your wedding day. After all it’s Melbourne… the only thing consistent about Melbourne weather is its inconsistency. Focus on what you can control and regardless of what mother nature decides to throw at you, bring your vibrant best to your big day. Nothing should stand in the way of celebrating this life-changing milestone.

The theme was a blend of millenial-formal for the man (find out more from Andre J Menswear about the latest groom looks) and for the ladies it was coastal-boho but we broke the boho rule with the make-up. We went for a classic – formal style to contrast with the wild hair and informal bridalwear. We truly had a lot of fun with this!
